One of Gunnar's progeny. Sadly moved on to a new show home due to Danni having given up showing the Wires, (temporarily I hope, I will try and rope her into showing Anja on occasion), he wouldn't go very well for me and preferred a female handler so a suitable home was found where he quickly settled in.
Was partially work trained and already showing well before he left.
New owners Donna and David are close freinds and had been looking hard for a Wire to show and were only too pleased to take him on predominantly as a show dog as well as a member of the family.
We will keep a diary of his progress here on behalf of his new owners.
Show
Has had two seconds at champ show level and recently took Reserve Best Puppy in Show at Irvine and District Canine Society open show. First Special Minor Puppy. I am sure there will be much more to come.
Sadly Otto passed away in his sleep a couple of weeks before Christmas in what can only be described as a bizarre twist of fate, regurgitated fluid etc from his stomach which had he been awake would have been spat out had slowly seeped back down his wind-pipe into his lungs, methodically drowning the poor boy in his sleep. Naturally Donna and David are still distraught as were we his breeder and all who knew this boy. Such a handsome promising dog he was and our Gunnars first born what a shame we will never know what he would have brought to the breed.
